On August 26, 2017, the Noctalis, together with co-operating partners and friends, will celebrate the 21st International Bat-Night. All bat friends are welcome to participate. Starting from 15 clock for large and small bat fans (and those who stillwant to become a fan) a varied program will welcome you in front of and inside Noctalis. The visitors can expect a look through the magnifying glass at the bats' list, games around bats and bat protection, a glance over the zoo's shoulder, the Foxi, our tame giant flight (4 pm), a draftsman drawing bats, live music, a lecture (6 pm), a big screen on which the bats' excursion from the cave can be observed live (from 8 pm), a late hike with an ultrasonic detector in the habitats of the bats (beginning about 21:30), specialists who will answer questions (all day long), something for the physical well-being and other naturalistic facilities will present their offer on the forecourt and the terrace (from 15-19 clock).
