On the 27th of august 2016, more than one hundred people participated in International Bat Night at Belvedere
Park in Tunis (Tunisia), with a rich program in which everyone could find an attraction: a bat’s game, led by
young leaders of the Association of Friends of Belvedere, in which one could learn all about bats in a playful
manner, a disguise workshop for children, as well as a scientific presentation on the life and biology of bats in
Tunisia and in the world by biologist Dr. Awatef Abiadh. The highlight of the evening was the night walk in the
park and listening to bats with the help of detectors.
